I was born HIV positive, and have worked to heal and become an HIV and sexual and reproductive rights activist. I was born and still live in San Juan, Puerto Rico and am Afro-Caribbean and half Dominican. I am a feminist, blogger, wannabe Bruja, artisan and community educator, and part of many of the people living with HIV networks. I keep changing, transforming and exploring new stages in my life, also protecting my sovereignty over my positive body and sexual pleasure. My most recent project is called "Fluir Mas", in which I paint with my menstrual blood to create images that represent my cycles. I was on the cover of POZ Magazine's October/November 2017 Issue "Protecting Progress: Living With HIV In Puerto Rico." Por Vidas Más Dignas y Libres.
