I started collecting art in 1991, just as I was transiting to AIDS. Over twenty years later I have acquired wall to wall art work. The art in my home has created a place of peace, liberation and energy for me. I want to bring those same qualities to my own work. Painting has created a safe place for me, where AIDS watches from the sideline. I want people to hang my art and with each glance they get the energy that's needed as I have done for so many years with other artist work.
