Leslie-Lohman Summer Block Party

Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary artist and writer Candystore will be on the mic MCing our afternoon, joined by visual artist Chitra Ganesh for group coloring and book signings of her just released “Queer Power! Coloring Book”, which extends her 2020 LLMA public art commission, “A city will share her secrets if you know how to ask” into book form. There will be all new standup comedy by LLMA Artist Fellow Carrie Hawks; performances by Alex Schmidt, Archie Ham, and Paris Alexander; tunes by DJs Adair and Ushka (@ty_ushka) and much more to be rolled out.
