VAVA VOOM 2020: NOT OVER (Online)

As a result of the cancellation of all in-person events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and In the spirit of our VAVA VOOM benefit which would have been held May 11th, we are presenting NOT OVER - a call to action from artists to support Visual AIDS. Championing the spirit of the VAVA VOOM gala, NOT OVER is an online platform created to present artworks and performances by multi-generational artists within the Visual AIDS community to celebrate and honor the legacy and ongoing work of Visual AIDS. NOT OVER pays homage to the generations of diverse voices whose shared history and future legacy depends on the continuing work of Visual AIDS. This collective call to action reminds of the urgency of this fight, because AIDS IS NOT OVER.

NOT OVER includes contributions by CHRISTEENE, Jake Brush, Jaimie Warren and Homer Teens, Candystore, Keith Haring, Conrad Ventur, Alex Schmidt, Pamela Sneed, Lucas Michael, Carlos Motta, Devin N. Morris, Morgan Bassichis and Jack Smith.
