Visual AIDS had a booth in the fourth annual LA Art Book Fair, presented by Printed Matter, from February 11 to 14, 2016, at the Geffen Contemporary at MoCA, Los Angeles. Free and open to the public, the LA Art Book Fair is the world’s premier event for artists’ books, catalogs, monographs, periodicals, and zines.
Visual AIDS launched our newest monograph HUGH STEERS: The Complete Paintings on the West Coast, along with our Party Out of Bounds exhibition catalog, our artist conversation DUETS series, and previous publications, including exhibition catalogs, the Robert Blanchon monograph, and NOT OVER: 25 Years of Visual AIDS.
Plus artwork and editions from Tony Feher, Deborah Kass, Shan Kelley and more.
Visual AIDS was part of Friendly Fire, featuring publishers, artists and organizations focused on the intersections of art and activism.
