Early in the epidemic video artist and photographer James Wentzy captured writers reading their work about HIV/AIDS for the series Artist Readings. The series originally aired on December 1st, 1993 on CUNY TV as part of Wentzy’s 24 hours of programming for World AIDS Day. On Sunday December 2nd, there was a viewing of the footage and engaging Wentzy in conversation about the work.
