Sean Earley

1953–1992

Sean Earley was an American artist that resided predominantly in the state of Texas. He was born on May 7, 1953 and died in May 1992. In addition to his fine art, mostly oil on canvas, his career was as a commercial illustrator. The work of Earley has appeared in Texas Monthly and his work was exhibited at the Whitney Museum and Houston Texas' Alternative Museum. Today, curator Paul Bridgewater of Bridgewater Fine Arts of New York City, is known to have the largest collection of Sean Earley paintings, second only to Todd and Lola Lott, Dallas, TX. The Lott's collection comprises the totality of The Presidential Composite Series, 46 presidential portraits from Washington to Reagan.
