On Monday, May 6, join performers extraordinaire Raven O and Molly Pope, and host Colman Domingo for A Night of Cabaret to honor and celebrate the 8th annual Visual AIDS Vanguard Awards.

Raven O is known as one of the best live performers with an incredible range of singing. For six years, Raven was “The Ringleader of Debauchery” for The Box nightclubs in New York and London. He just wrapped up a six month run at The Act nightclub in Las Vegas as the star and MC. Raven also had a three year gig in Cirque Du Soleil’s “Zumanity”. This summer he reunite for the first time in more than a decade with Joey Arias, to mesmerize crowds in P-town with their powerful music and trademark antics, in “Wanted Live”, which promises to deliver memories and mayhem.

Molly Pope is a critically acclaimed cabarettist whose solo shows, Introducing Molly Pope, The Molly Pope Show and The Diva-lution of Molly Pope, have played Joe’s Pub, Ars Nova, The Laurie Beechman Theater and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival in Australia. Hailed for her “viscerally thrilling alto” by Time Out New York, she is a regular guest at the MAC-award nominated show, The Meeting* with Justin Sayre, and has performed in the hit long-running Top Ten countdown show Our Hit Parade over 25 times at Joe’s Pub.

Tony Award nominee Colman Domingo is proud to have opened the Academy Award nominated film Lincoln opposite Daniel Day Lewis as Private Harold Green, directed by Steven Spielberg. 2013 will be a blockbuster year for Mr. Domingo with significant feature film supporting lead roles, including The Butler directed by Lee Daniels, Lucky Dog, directed by Phil Morrison, Hairbrained, and Culling Hens. Mr. Domingo was also recently honored by OUT magazine as part of their yearly honors for 100 people who made a difference in the LGBT community.
