Visual AIDS continues our tradition of mailing valentines to women and femmes living with HIV on the occasion of LOVE POSITIVE WOMEN 2026.
Are you a woman/femme living with HIV who would like to receive a handmade card on Valentine’s Day as part of our LOVE POSITIVE WOMEN program?
To receive a handmade valentine, please click here and complete this form by January 30, 2026.
You can also email your name and mailing address to lovepositivewomen@visualaids.org.
For 2026 Visual AIDS collaborated with two artist members, J. Hartz and Alexander Robateau, to create special-edition valentines. These valentines, along with letters of love from our community, will be mailed around to women all over the world in time for February 14.
This year, we are asking recipients to share 1 or 2 personal interests or hobbies about yourself, as members of our community will write personalized letters. We will do our best to produce individual letters within our capacity. If you are ordering for a small group (less than 10) we can personalize the letters. If your group is larger than 10 people, tell us something about your organization so we can write to the collective.
Please note that the valentines are for women and femme-identified people living with HIV only. Thank you for respecting this.
Cards will be mailed out in early February so that they arrive by Valentine's Day, February 14. (International mailings may arrive later.) Respecting the privacy of recipients, envelopes will bear the recipient's address without additional information.
